V18C
The Vision 18 Collective was the brainchild of Mary Cornelius and Sharon Fibelkorn in 2006.
It is a small private group of equine photographers from around the United States. All women, all well-established in their businesses as working photographers.
Members of this group work independently in their businesses, but share much together in creativity, friendship and ethical business standards. V18C is not a member organization in that it is not seeking to add to its membership, it should be viewed as a collection of businesswomen seeking to grow their skills and creativity and invest in projects as group efforts.
An October 2007 retreat was our first official get together where we rented a wonderful ranch house up in the hills of Southern California and acted as a production company, producing our own images with horses and human models in a variety of beautiful settings. Not only did we accomplish what we set out to, but we had insane fun during the entire process. Fun is big with us, it allows our creativity to bloom. Singularly we've been around for a while, collectively we're new. There is no telling what where this path will lead us and that is pretty exciting!
Look for V18C projects and photo shoots in the future. In each gallery on this site you will find the individual portfolios of each member with contact info. See an image or a style that you like, don't hesitate to contact the artist using the contact info provided within each gallery.
